Nampa South Clinic
Our Nampa South clinic is located on the first floor of the Saltzer Medical Group building located at the corner of 12th Avenue Road and East Hawaii Avenue, 215 E. Hawaii Avenue. The Nampa clinic opened on September 24, 2018 to serve the community and patients of Canyon County. Our providers care for diverse patients in a supportive, patient-centered, clinically-excellent environment and strive to make healthcare accessible and equitable to the underserved and vulnerable populations in our community. We care for patients who speak a variety of different languages. Some of the services offered at our clinic are urgent and preventative care, chronic disease management, pregnancy care and state-of-the-art ultrasound, newborn care (circumcisions), well child care and immunizations, women’s health (low cost contraception), men’s health (low cost vasectomy), older adult care, mental health services, skin and other procedures, Hepatitis C screening and treatment, refugee screening, HIV services, Gender Affirming Care, health education and nutrition, pharmacy services, and lab & X-Ray.
