Full Circle Health follows CDC guidelines to help keep all patients and staff safe. Full Circle Health follows evidence-based guidelines for COVID treatment and encourages COVID vaccination for everyone age 5 and older We require all patients and visitors ages 2 and older to wear a mask at all times in our facilities. If you have an elevated temperature, or new onset of cough, difficulty breathing, congestion, or sore throat, please call to reschedule your appointment or request a telehealth visit unless you are being seen for COVID testing.

Home Tests
The Federal Government has provided an opportunity to order free at-home testing for residents, these tests are a great tool to determine quickly if you or your loved one are infectious/positive. These tests are not a way to come into our clinics while you or your loved ones are experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms with a negative at-home test result. If you or your loved ones are experiencing these symptoms, please call us first so our team can direct you or your loved one to an area where we can treat you/them safely.
Our Process
If you or your loved ones are experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms, please call our clinic before you come in. Our team will guide you to proper areas of our clinic that are safe to treat you and safe for our providers treating you as well. This helps to keep our clinics safe for those who are at high-risk for hospitalization or death and includes keeping our providers healthy to continue providing care.

In general, please call the clinic with your questions or if you are worried you may have the disease, rather than walking in for an appointment. This will help us give you the right advice and arrange the right follow up while minimizing the risk to other patients.

What are the symptoms of COVID-19?
The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, cough, and shortness of breath. These can be symptoms of other respiratory illnesses as well as COVID-19.
What do I do if I was potentially exposed to someone with confirmed COVID-19?
First, know that you generally need to be in close contact with someone with COVID-19 to get infected. Close contact includes scenarios like living with or caring for a person with confirmed COVID-19, being within six feet of a person with confirmed COVID-19 for about 10 minutes, or if someone with COVID-19 coughed on you, kissed you, shared utensils with you or you had direct contact with their body secretions.
What if I had close contact with a person with COVID-19 but I’m not sick?
Monitor your health for fever, cough and shortness of breath for 14 days after your last contact with the ill person.
Do not go to school or work. Avoid public places for 14 days.
What do I do if I am in close contact of a person with confirmed COVID-19 and I’m sick
If you are sick with fever, cough, or shortness of breath, even if your symptoms are mild, isolate yourself.
If you are at higher risk for severe illness (over 60, or with underlying health conditions such as heart disease, lung disease, or diabetes), have a weakened immune system or are pregnant, call your health care provider. They may want to test you for COVID-19.
If you have symptoms but are not in a high-risk category, talk with your health care provider. They will help you determine if you need to be evaluated.
What do I do if I have COVID-19 symptoms but haven’t been around anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19
If you are in a high-risk category, and have symptoms of COVID-19, call your healthcare provider for advice. If you are at risk for serious illness, your healthcare provider may arrange a test for COVID-19.
High risk conditions include being older than 60, having underlying health conditions such as heart disease, lung disease, or diabetes, having a weakened immune system or being pregnant
If you do not have a high-risk condition and your symptoms are mild, you do not need to be tested for COVID-19. Do not go out when you are sick, practice excellent hygiene, and wear a face mask when you are around other people if you can.
Cover coughs and sneezes. Avoid sharing personal household items. Clean your hands often. Clean all “high-touch” surfaces like doorknobs often.
Monitor your symptoms and call your health care provider if symptoms worsen.
Stay home and avoid others for 72 hours after your fever goes down and symptoms get better.

Section 3202(b) of the CARES Act also requires providers of diagnostic tests for COVID-19 to make public the cash price of a COVID-19 diagnostic test on the provider’s public internet website. Section 3202(b) of the CARES Act also grants the Secretary of HHS authority to impose civil monetary penalties on any provider that does not comply with this requirement and has not completed a corrective action plan, in an amount not to exceed $300 per day that the violation is ongoing.
Federal law now requires all health insurers (except short-term plans) to cover all costs associated with COVID-19 testing — without imposing any copays or deductibles, and regardless of whether the provider is in-network. This requirement covers not only the actual test, but also the visit (whether in-person or via telehealth) that resulted in the order for the test.
